What a wonderful product. It is refined and beautiful and a stand alone in my kitchen. But, here is the thing. When water sits in my glass dispenser, it tastes stale and really needs to be changed more than once a day. I will add that I have my own well and the Spaceship Enterprise in my mechanical room. My water goes through a several stage filtration system. It's great water! When water sits in my Niagra Copper Dispenser, it tastes even better, even the next day. It is magic. It really is.
